Privacy Policy

Data Protection law sets out seven key principles:

  • Lawfulness, fairness and transparency

  • Purpose limitation

  • Data minimisation

  • Accuracy

  • Storage limitation

  • Integrity and confidentiality (security)

  • Accountability

These principles should lie at the heart of your approach to processing personal data.

We gather information from you, and of course on occasions from other sources, like the Home Office. We keep the minimum information for the pursuit of your case and no more. We keep all such information confidential, sharing it only when necessary and for the furtherance of your matter. Your file is kept online rather than on paper – which is more secure. It is disposed of after 6 years of the end of your matter.

You are entitled to know the detail of all of this by simply asking us.
