Hamza Syed - Senior Partner
After qualifying in 2011 Hamza has established himself as a specialist in all aspects of Immigration and Nationality Law but with a particular expertise in Business matters – Skilled Workers, Sponsorship Licences and the like. He has built good relations with the Home Office over the years and his professional skills have led to successful outcomes for businesses both large and small.
Adrian Stephens - Partner
Adrian was admitted in 1994 and over 30 years in Practice has built a solid reputation as a Criminal Defence Lawyer with extensive experience of Advocacy in the Magistrates and Higher Courts. He can offer advice on all Criminal matters. He also involves himself in some Immigration Advocacy.
Adrian is also the Practice Supervisor on Compliance and Complaints and deals with staff Training and questions of Professional Ethics, which we take particularly seriously. Adrian is the Complaints Manager for the firm.
Mohammad Shabir Omarzai - Solicitor
Shabir is a Solicitor and the newest member of our team, having trained and qualified with us.
He has shown himself to be keen and knowledgeable in all areas of our work and will often be your first point of contact at our office.
Shabir has the benefit of personal experience that informs his ability to empathise with Clients who find themselves in the most challenging personal situations.
